I agree. Also, people who are running an AGM are usually doing so for a reason. Like me. My single 94 R should really be a dual battery system and it's got a lot of stuff running off of it. It won't last nearly as along as a flooded battery in a toyota corolla.
Mounted the panel today which fit very nicely. Ignore the mounting feet. I realized after I took pics I did it wrong and then went and re did it. I'm going to get a solar controller and use this and my portable.
I had a 1995 LT I drove for like 6 years. Main issues were the spider injectors going bad. Then EGR issues. HOWEVER, it never left me stranded. I traded it at 168,000 hard miles. I was college age and didn't have a penny to maintain it.
Sadly, this is the only pic I have of it.
So I actually just re did the mounts because I realized I was a little backwards. I used my frontrunner rack and drilled out the mounting tabs they supplied so I can fit the proper bolt for the rack. That's all secure now.
I have to order this...

I have, but it wasn't 100% trails. I've been going up there for years and love it there. Best thing you can do is download ioverlander. It'll guide you through a lot. However, ADK is huge so you'll want to pinpoint a starting place. We always start around Saratoga and head north from there...
Funny enough, there's a place by me. Newport Bay Electronics in NJ. They've been there as long as I can remember. If you were really interested in getting it checked out I'm sure you can send it to them. I would def. trust them w/ it.
Long story short, I've had my 2013 Tacoma for 3 year and love it. Always loved it and likely always will. I always said I would never get rid of it and this would be with me for life. This passed week I had a 2019 Silverado as a rental and drove about 600 miles in it. Wow. Now I understand the...
Good point. I do have a Zamp portable as well. It's a 90W. I was just looking for something more set it and forget it. Maybe I'll stick w/ the portable for the time being.
