It's probably just a high end marine plywood. For interior drawers, I would just use a good quality exterior or acx rated plywood. If you want to get really fancy go with something like an hdpe starboard.

From my understanding, it's anywhere from 5-10k, if you have it done. It's probably something you can do on your own though. It's mostly a matter of having time/tools. I believe it's all bolt on anyways.

I love it when it's a cheap fix! I started spewing trans fluid out of the radiator a few weeks ago. $10 worth of hose clamps, and a few hours later, and Gamora was all patched up. So I feel ya!

Thanks man! More things to come in the future as well. Since I won't be sleeping in the X for the foreseeable future, I'm going to build an additional set of drawers that I can bolt on top of the platform. Hopefully, I can take the gear that was in the totes up top, and move it to the drawers.

Believe it or not, yes. I was originally going to frame my drawer system with 8020,but when I looked at weight and cost, it was both lighter, and considerably less expensive to build out of wood.
