Planning trip to Matagorda Island, TX. Any points to consider? How about PINSS?

Hello OB member. I am planning a trip to Matagorda or PINSS for July 4. Has the Harvey factor eroded any of the sea shore and is it still accessible? I have been told that camping is still not allowed on Mustang Island. any help is greatly appreciated.

Jon, I think TO is different. Now with the new OB structure, FB has region classification. For example, Texas would be in the South West OB Region (with its own leader). You have to sign up on FB and be accepted to be in the community.
