Extraordinary!
So this past Christmas I hauled my family in my 2wd rig, equipped for the best traverse ever and made my way to Fenton State Park, NM. After a cool 12 degree camp we overlanded to Cuba, NM using NM-126. A one vehicle lane with a lot of Birch Trees and MT travel. It was worth the sway bar I popped on the way out.
Extraordinary!
After Cuba, NM we aimed our way towards Antonito, CO using a small county RD later hitting 112.
It was better than the first. Open mountainous trail that lead us to a very narrow crossing; an old dam known to the locals, El Vado Dam. Crossing this dam was not only eye opening but it was fun to see my family on the edge of their seats. It reminded me of an amusement park ride...
Extraordinary!

If in the area, this is a must for overland equipped vehicles. No 4x4 needed. Although it would have saved me a visit to the garage and 150.00 bucks.
Extraordinary.
