    Making some changes

Purchased a 2020 Ram for my full time travel and daily driver. While we usually rough it, back packing and tent camping, we’re ramping it up with a bed rack and RTT. Thinking about a drawer system for a kitchen. In the near future. The idea is a light agile yet full-size build, something ready...

    Rigs and coffee

Thank you for reaching out! I’m still looking for a suitable place before creating the event officially. I was hoping to have a place and an event scheduled for August, but work and personal stuff got into the way. So I’m looking at September for the first event.

    Rigs and coffee

Anyone interested in getting together in the OKC area to discuss places to visit, rig modifications, and gear goodies? I’m new to the area, time to get out and explore a bit.

    Oklahoma overlanders where ya at?

New to Oklahoma, tornado sirens going off last night in OKC made me rethink this move. I like to camp in the spring, I doubt my tent is suitable shelter, what do the locals do while exploring?

I haven’t heard anything from anyone since yesterday afternoon. Had a few fires to put out at work yesterday so other than a few messages sent I haven’t had any communications with anyone.

    Help needed

I just received this message an hour ago from a friend in Texas. While I’m sure a lot of people are asking for help these days, I thought I would give it a go. I am looking for a local offroad club or anyone capable and willing to help out a young lady stranded in junction Texas . Tressa had a...

    So it begins!

My plan is to keep it mostly stock. It was stored in the desert for five years, so the rats ate all the wires in the engine compartment. So no computer, electric carburetor, or distributor. The engine will have to be mechanical. So I’m going for simple and reliable. We would like to take it...

    So it begins!

Finally after 5 years the Jeep is in the shop and tear down has begun. Starting with pulling the motor, then rewire the car with a painless wire kit. Then with luck we can fire it and begin the rest of the restoration!

    All jokes aside...

When exploring an area that is known for mining, take a little extra caution. In Mohave County we’ve had a few deaths from ATV (and Motorsports in general) operators not seeing open shafts.
