Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
Yes water pits can be tricky, I was out there Last June in my Fj40 found out my rig was not fully locked in at the end of a very deep hole with a hidden ledge at the end, It got out fine in 2WD though

Its easy you can do a loop either by going from 33 or 250 as that road acess's both, A good days ride would be come in on 250 from Stantaun and follow road to 25 and drive up the paved road to the trail head for flag pole, go down mountain through switzer lake area and exit onto 33 back to...
I hooked it up based off CTEK recommendations for a non smart alternator . In my opinion it really doesn’t need any more volts for charging . When I don’t use it for a bit I just pop the circuit breaker to the vehicle and let the solar keep it charged up .
