    Regearing

Dana 35 is used in the second generation Explorer. Same as the 30, just the chunk without axle tunes. It's also high pinion, so no reverse gearing.

    What Should Routing Icons Be?!

+1 on the solid primary, dashed secondary. Also (there it is @Ubiety) maybe just float a "4/10" like a trail name for the difficulty? Otherwise, the summary card option is probably mor fun... Surprise! it's a 9!

    Nemo Tunnel

What area are you traveling in / to? If you're still in eastern TN area, look up Hot springs, nc, Neal Barnett Rd if it's open. 35.91218, -82.78869 is the entrance off hwy 25. Run that up to Shad rd. That will give you a combined 20+ miles off-road with many primitive campsites areas. If Neal...

    Need Advice re Leaf Springs

The overloads try to keep the springs from curving beyond "flat". If you're bottoming out, the springs are not stout enough. Remember, springs hold the body up, shocks hold it down.

    Need Advice re Leaf Springs

The overloads are there to keep the spring pack from going the other way and pulling apart. If the locating pin and ubolts are lo g enough I would add 1 leaf In and run that for a bit. You can add the coilover shocks, but that really is just to help against fast compression of the shock.

    Campground Insanity

Same here. We were there in June and it was spotless. Saw very few people except for the occasional rental SxS .

    Nemo Tunnel

N&S closed Nemo as of July 3, 2022. Guy stalled over the rails and truck got hit. Occupants are ok, but truck is totaled.

    What Should Routing Icons Be?!

The truck icon (OB logo?) or the 4wd icon referenced above by OTH would be preferable to a bike. Also as pointed out, a "Caution" about non-motorized trail possibilities would be good enough to get started. Maybe input from members as the app is used could be gleaned to fine-tune the maps/layers...
