    Jeep Owners Represent!

I've had 3. An '84 Cherokee I bought in '95. I traded that for the '91 YJ in 2000, which I still own, and hope to do big changes to someday. And my most recent addition is the '06 TJ Rubicon, which I am currently outfitting for more of an overland vehicle.

My first attempt at offroading... yikes

Those first scratches are the worst. Especially on a new truck. Don't let this experience discourage you though. In my opinion, the views you see are worth them. Depending on the trails you ride, unless you are out on a prairie or in the desert, which even then... scratches are going to occur...

My first attempt at offroading... yikes

We've all been there. Better safe than sorry, especially if you're out by yourself. In this game, half the fun is getting out to far away places. The other half is making sure we get back.

Converting from rock crawler to overlander

Well said. My camping gear has evolved over the years too. There are many items I have purchased, that I don't use anymore. Heck, I have bought things I have never used. lol, I expect it to be the same with this build. Weight is definitely an issue, even when it comes to rock crawling. I'm...

Resolved Can't read posts in app

Yep, seems like we are all experiencing the same issue. I had to get on my desktop to read this reply too. On my mobile, when I click your reply from my home page, I only see the header with your name, and nothing else. Even when I clicked on the reply from @Wyotroutguy all I see is the OP and...

Converting from rock crawler to overlander

Digging the thread. I too have a rock crawling Jeep, although not as beefy as yours, that I am slowly making more camp friendly. Having both a love of wheeling and a love of camping, I find this to be the best of both worlds. I recently installed a roof rack and RTT, and took it on a 4000 miles...

I have a similar mount in my rig, except I bolted it to the bar.

Converting from rock crawler to overlander

Just Eats Every Penny, or Just Empty Every Pocket. I wouldn't trade it for a thing though. Working on it is only part of the fun.

Resolved Can't read posts in app

Hi. I am running android 10. I can log in and see that someone has responded to a comment I made, but when I click to read, it only shows the original post of the thread. Even when I came to this page and clicked on a thread with similar issues, that had 5 replies, it only showed one post...
