Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
Back from the body work and good to go...kinda. A fender flare was the wrong part but "close enough" to not be noticed until the job was done. Not too happy, but it's better than a multiple panel dent!
The paint match is pretty close, considering its 15 years old.
Euro-Robert ! These are fantastic write ups and photos. Thanks for putting in the time and effort. I really enjoy the videos as well... Great job!

@Josh funny you mentioned that Rino. My brother has a two year old he doesn't need anymore and he volunteered that today. Coupled with Gaia, I should be good on nav. Can't wait to play with it and see.
@michael thanks! It's going to to be a great base and start for me. Picked up a compressor...
A month long trip across country checking out National Parks?! That is amazing and I bet I speak for %99.99 of members that would love to follow along on any updates you may share here.

@nomad years ago I was living in Central America in a surf town and one of those AWD Astros came bouncing down a damn near impassable muddy dirt track with 8 surfboards on the rack and four grinning travelers. That thing was unstoppable and just plain rad. Cool van.
