    Rig Names

My xterra was Betsy, because she was kind of bulky, very strong, dependable and kind of sweet, like a cow.(I grew up around dairy cattle) I don't have a name for my jeep yet. I haven't spent enough time with her yet.

I love my garmin handheld, wish the maps were cheaper. I have zero experience with delorme though.

    Regional OB stickers?

I think it looks like a military unit patch. My squadrons logo is nearly identical in lay out.

    DIY Roof rack

The dimensions and design look good. I agree that 1.5" is big for the pipe though.

    Regional OB stickers?

I agree, @WUzombies has another winning idea

    Stickers

Jeeps are no more susceptible to death wobble than any other vehicle. Death wobble is caused by modifying vehicles improperly. It just seems that more people push it too far with Jeeps.

    Downloadable bumper plans

I was able to fit, spot weld, remove and stray welding solid the other half of the bumper. This pretty much completes the build as per the instructions. From here on its all my own ideas and fabrication skills. I need to add recovery points, fog light housings, bracing, some aesthetic changes...

    Overlanding with a baby

So today we went on a family adventure like we do every weekend. The wife and I talked about where we were going, how far we would be hiking, how much elevation gain, etc and decided we didn't need to take the hiking pack for our 3 year old, we figured he would be able to walk just fine. So I...

    Do you pick up Hitchhikers?

I'll only pick up hitch hikers if: the family isn't with me, I have a wing man, and I'm on my way to go skiing and they have skis or a snowboard with them. That's it.

    Rig Mileage

My 2000 Grand Cherokee is at 182,000 and going strong. Still tows like a champ. Uses a bit of oil, but that's kind of a Chrysler Corp thing anyway.

    Regional OB stickers?

It is a great idea, I'd just add the region o the bottom on a rocker.

    Nissan Patrol (Turbo Diesel)

That would be a step in the right direction! The 5.6 makes a ton of power, but it has some reliability issues. I loved a lot of things about my Xterra, I'd seriously consider going to back to a Nissan if they were selling the Patrol.

    Stickers

I park my Jeep outside so the sticker will see plenty of weather, not sure about sun though, probably won't need sunglasses here until June....
