    New tire size

Thank you everyone, I’m going to keep my tire size the same. Jeep is going to get heavier when I add skid plates and a winch. Sleeping arrangements will be a cot in the back. Roof Rack will mostly hold lights. Jeep needs other things before I can think of re gearing.

    New tire size

All my parts for my JCR rear bumper with tire carrier and fuel carriers are almost all in. My question is my rear springs are old and flat and need to be replaced. I was thinking of putting a 1” block on my bump stops in the front to put a 33” tire. I’m currently running a 255/75/17 with a 4.5”...

    Switching tires

Thank you, My Jeep is still in the building phase which is going slow as it is my daily driver. I thought the XJ might be to light even with a winch and rear tire carrier for LR E.

    Switching tires

My Jeep Cherokee currently has 265/70/17 BFG mud terrains. Not sure how well these tires do in the snow. Thinking of going with the BFG All Terrains. I’ve had those in the past and they did well in the snow. I’ve had load E in the past on my vehicles. Should I go with a standard load?

    question about backspacing on wheels

I don't understand back spacing on wheels. Apparently on my 2000 Jeep Cherokee with 255/75/17 inch tires and wheels. My wheels are rubbing and i was told I had to much back spacing on my wheels. The Jeep has a 4.5" lift on it and came with the wheels and tires.

What Did You Do With Your Rig Today?

Was supposed to have a Rough Country Track bar and drag link but they were unable to do the installation because they couldn’t ream out the ball joints. Next time I’ll read what you need and not depend on the shop to have it.

    Skyjacker Shocks

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with Skyjacker products. I'm looking at the hydro 7000 for my Jeep Cherokee. It currently has Rough Country shocks and a Rough Country 4.5" lift.
