  • Guest, we will be conducting site maintenance August 4th and some downtime is expected. At this time Rally Point and the Member Map will also become an app-only feature for long-term security and stability. A few days after this maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.

    Propane Distribution

We use the smaller grill style propane tank, I can't remember the size, probably a 5lb. Then I use a propane tree to split it up. I got it on Amazon I think. The tank is a little bulky and heavy, but having plenty of fuel to run the stove/grill/heater is worth it.

    Diamondback truck covers

Dad has one on his 04 Dodge Cummins. Super strong, well built product, its amazing the looks people give you when you have 2 full size quads up there. Not sure how an RTT would mount on it though. As others have said, it flips up from the middle. You could build a rack up higher over the front...

Went a little crazy with the spray on bedliner

Looks good, but definitely fill in the center, I really like the look of a black "anti glare" piece on a hood! You have any close ups? I'm thinking about doing the plastic cladding on my 4Runner, but want to see how the texture looks up close.

We always carry with us when we go out, wife and I are both permitted in Nevada and I also Carry a Utah permit. My "camp gun" as I like to call it, is a Glock 19. Its a good size for around camp, and can be concealed if needed when going in and out of towns. If were going to be way out in the...

Best Bang for Buck Overland Rig

I love old Toyota's, but they are getting pricey. For the money, ease of getting parts, and working on them, you can't beat an old square body Chevy K5 or Suburban.

Dumbest thing you've done while working on your vehicle...

I was checking compression on a 96 4Runner we had and was using a 1/2" ratchet and socket on the crank bolt to turn the motor over. Forgot about it and fired the engine up. Made quite a racket and destroyed the plastic cooling fan.
