Guest, we will be conducting site maintenance August 4th and some downtime is expected. At this time Rally Point and the Member Map will also become an app-only feature for long-term security and stability. A few days after this maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
Ordered up some Anderson Connectors from Amazon and a 3D printed bulkhead connector I found on Ebay. Can't wait to see how it all works out, will post up when I get it wired, need to get it in before the Expo in May...
Only time I've ever seen one blow like that, was when my buddy put the side specific head gaskets on the wrong side of the enigne, over pressurized the system!
Wife and I watched the video last night, really enjoyed it! I think the thing that impressed me most, was that you guys actually had a...
The wife and I jumped on a really good group buy over on T4R for a Indel-B Fridge. Used it for the first time last weekend and can't belive we waited this long to get one, absolutely amazing!
I've got 12V in the back of both my rigs, but I want to change the standard 12v outlet to something a...
Pretty sure nobody will patch a side wall. Unlike the tread across the top, the sidewall flexes constantly. Even sidwall patches out on the trail are a "get you home" kinda thing. Sorry man.
I've got 2, thats what I could afford. They guys I go out with most of the time usually have a set also, so between a few of us we can add them up if we need too.
Not a Pro Member so I can't help you there, but I use Google Earth to map everything out, then upload to the Gaia website. That seems to work pretty well for me. I have had extremely good luck contacting Gaia customer service when I have had issues with the app or web service also. They always...
My personal is @nevada4wheelin
The group my buddies and are part of is @OverlandNV
I love filling up my Instagram feed with pics of travels and trucks!!
Followed your pages, this is such an amazing event!
My wife and her teammate are planning on competing again this year! They had an amazing time last year even with the issues they had... aka don't drive over a dune blindly!
I'm using a Samsung Tab4 with Gaia. I love Gaia, the Samsung tablet is OK. Apple stuff just seems to run smoother to me. Gaia has excellent customer service, and their online cloud stuff is top notch. I sync all my stuff between the Samsung, my computer, and an old large Ipad I play with sometimes.
I've posted a little bit but I guess I should introduce myself here. My family and I live in Las Vegas, NV and love being outdoors! My wife and I had our first date out wheeling in an old S10 Blazer and have never stopped. We love exploring and traveling, just wish work wouldn't get in the way...
Website is really nice! My wife and I have been checking out your you tube stuff for a while and really like it. Just read some of your blogs for the first time, very very cool story!
I carry mine inside the rear cargo area, never had an issue with it. My buddy got a cool mount for his and mounted it to his rear swing out. Something like this:
Gaia maps on a dedicated Samsung Tab 4. Gaia works great, their online stuff is easy to use and sync, and their customer service is excellent. You won't be disappointed! I also keep a benchmark state map for wherever I'm going and any local maps I can get a hold of.
