Guest, we will be conducting site maintenance August 4th and some downtime is expected. At this time Rally Point and the Member Map will also become an app-only feature for long-term security and stability. A few days after this maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
I put mine on the back tailgate with all the other badges.
Yes, I know Overland is a "Jeep thing".
Yes, I know "Oklahoma Edition" is a Ford thing (I've got one of those too).
How? You can do it in parts, whatever. I have personally done the Osage leg and know people who have done nearly the whole trail. If you want to go out just post your desire, maybe others will join you.
I drive a 1993 Range Rover Classic. I've been running a NAPA alternator since 2002. Six free warranty swaps so far. I know... thrifty.
We believe that this alternator is overcharging and causing voltage spikes that are eating my ignition modules.
Can you suggest an alternative alternator...
How is it that I have never checked in on this thread?
I am in Newcastle.
My overland rig is a 1993 Range Rover Classic LWB.
She was a daily driver until a month ago.
I added an F150 for trailer towing and getting to work reliably.

I'm the one who led the Capulin Volcano trip last month. It was two of us from the Land Rover group. We aren't particular anyone was welcome.
We are planning a trip through the southeast before the end of the year. It will be posted there on Oklahoma Overland and on my Facebook blog page...
A couple of us took to the Northwest of Oklahoma, Northern New Mexico, and Southern Colorado. We visited the Capulin Volcano, Black Mesa, and Picture Canyon on a hard 3 day run.
