At this time Rally Point and the Member Map will also become an app-only feature for long-term security and stability. A few days after this maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.

That's great! I haven't been to that park but the pics look really nice.

@JButtress I see someone got a new RTT. :sunglasses:

Awesome! I'm glad someone got footage of the tree winching. :grinning: Also, where are you going to be a Ranger at?

Unfortunately, no-go for me tomorrow. I need to go to the office in the morning. :unamused:

I just used iMovie. It's free on any Mac, so it's definitely not professional level video editing but it does the trick.

Thanks. So far I'm pretty impressed with that Akaso action camera. Picked it up as a lightning deal on Amazon for only 65 bucks. Haha, she moved in fast.

Put together a video with some of the footage I got with my Akaso Brave 4. Unfortunately, my battery died right after the 4th trail clearing, so I don't have the winching of obstacle 5 or any of that last section of trail.

We never had a chance to explore Auger Hole so we didn't get to see if either of those gates were open. We were on Musterground for 6.5 hours. It was a little slow going because we had to clear at least 5 downed trees off the trail.

Haha nice. Was that a sigh of relief that you didn't fall down into the gulley? That last section we hit was super fun.

Boot warmer/dryer to heat up a sleeping bag (anyone ever tried this?)

Bag liners are awesome. Unfortunately, I don't think that'll work in my case. My wife and I use REI's Kingdom Sleep System (the queen size deal). It's more of a comforter than a bag. Although, if someone makes a queen-sized liner that'd probably be pretty solid. Right now, we essentially just...

Yeah, unfortunately space heaters pull a ton of watts. My Jackery couldn't even support one, as it's limited to 200W of output. They make heated mattress pads, but I don't think that's what you're talking about. :pensive:

Boot warmer/dryer to heat up a sleeping bag (anyone ever tried this?)

Ooooo, that's very interesting too. And even on high it's only pulling 25W, which I could run for nearly 10 hours off the Jackery.

WWC could be cool. It'd be fun to hit the MTB trails too while we're there – any other mountain bikers?

What are Your Favorite Overland Recipes?

Dang man. Please let me know if you're ever venturing around on the East coast so I can come join you and mooch off of your banana's foster french toast.

That sounds good to me. Chill and explore rigs and then grab lunch?

Boot warmer/dryer to heat up a sleeping bag (anyone ever tried this?)

That was my concern as well. At that low of a power draw, it doesn't seem possible that they could generate all that much heat. It's probably more about the circulating air than it is about the heat.
