Guest, we will be conducting site maintenance August 4th and some downtime is expected. At this time Rally Point and the Member Map will also become an app-only feature for long-term security and stability. A few days after this maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
Ah, right on. Do you just order a length of it and cut to size yourself and piece it together (like adult K'NEX ), or do you have to send someone the lengths you need to have it fabbed?
This is an awesome build. Has that 80/20 aluminum extrusion performed pretty well so far (i.e. sturdy with regular use and rolling/bucking on the trails)?
P.S. I catch a glimpse of your rig on Pleasantburg all the time. I live on E North St near where Keith Dr intersects.

That's freaking awesome. I was going to proudly say "VDC for the win!" But then I read the description and he's monkeyed with the gearing and has lockers. Oh well, still awesome.
That's what I'm talking about!
And talk about versatility - the person in the rumble seat can hold Jerry cans, clean the rear window, discourage tailgaters. The sky's the limit.
