Guest, we will be conducting site maintenance August 4th and some downtime is expected. At this time Rally Point and the Member Map will also become an app-only feature for long-term security and stability. A few days after this maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
You realize that GMRS HT (Hand Transceivers) are limited to 2 watts output, which is the same as FRS? So there isn’t any extended range to GMRS over FRS in your application. Also by FCC regulations a GMRS HT CAN NOT have a removable antennas or a way to change frequencies from the front panel...
If I wanted to put 35’s on my 1989 bronco (as an example) without a lift, I would have to trim about 2.5”… since your truck barely clears 35’s with a 6” lift, you’re going to have to trim at least 6”, if not closer to 8” to get the tires to tuck up correctly at full bump stop.

For Fuel cans look at Rotopacks, they have mounts for them to mount to the side of your truck cap. Another solution would be an upgraded bumper with dual swing out spare tire carrier and fuel can racks (personally I like this the best because it gives more mounting options for things like...
