Yes it's meant to cook over coals. Slow cook. Any various meats or vegetables can be put in, with any sauces you can think of. In South Africa cooking Poijkikos is a social thing.
Every year I see moose a couple times. Last year I saw some in the hills above Steamboat and in those ponds on top of Kenosha pass. Last month I saw a couple in Jamestown. Definitely more common now.
Agreed Renogy makes good products. There are trade offs with the different panel types. (Monocrystalline, polycrystalline, amorphous) I run monocrytalline, they seem to be most efficient.
