I drew up a little mounting tab. these will be used with the 80/20 extrusion on the rack(s), to help secure zip ties for bundling future wiring for both my roof rack and the bed rack.
they will be laser cut from 18 gauge (.040) Aluminum
Did a rough cardboard mockup of the zip tie tabs. but...
Got the bed brackets bent up today.... Discovered a few minor adjustments that will likely get done at final assembly.
I may need to extend the bolt slots a bit.
Top of the bracket is a hair longer than I would like, once the bed bars are welded on I may trim this a bit to keep...
it was cheaper for me to make my own than buy one. I am thinking about offering them for sale if there is enough interest to help drive the unit cost down a bit.
A grid to mount standard Molle Pouches which there is just about one for anything you can imagine. and the holes are for quickfist or whatever else you can think of. basically a frame work for origination of storage
