I put one of these warn power interrupt kits in and wired the switch to my apollointech switches. The winch will only have power when I flip the switch. I never like having that big of a wire always hot when not in use. With me being a volunteer firefighter and a career in auto body, I've seen...
I will do, once all this (coronavirus) is over I plan on reaching out to establishments in regards to host events and then looking into areas for trails and camp.
I know with the coronavirus going on a lot of people are stuck at home. With me being NY’s Rep, I figured why not start a thread on what's everyone's idea for future meet-ups in NY. I live just south of Buffalo but I’m willing to travel anywhere in NY for a meet, maybe have a three day camping...
Also the discount code doesn't work for me, is it because I want to get the bundle one (print only) of the original magazine and the special jeep one? I am wanting to get the 3 year sub as well.
I have the km2's and after 41,000 miles they are still going strong. Any weather and any road type they have been good. I run 35's and they like to dig in deep snow. I rotate them everytime I do the oil change. Once these are wore out I plan on going to the km3. I am just hoping they will hold...
Bringing this thread back from the dead. What are everyone's thoughts on this now and is their anything new to the market. Also does anyone have any discount codes for anything out in the market?
Yea, good luck when that happens to you. I at least had a few projects that I was working on when I got laid off. It was great until I finished all them 4 days ago. Now I'm looking for projects that don't cost anything.
Yep! I was even considered an essential (I worked at a Collision shop), but our repairs went down drastically once NY went to non essentials to close. No one wanted to bring their cars in so the owner made the decision to Lay off 80% of the staff for the tow ins. Hope this ends soon. I'm making...
Well, I went with running a 4 gauge wire to an auxiliary fuse block. I'm just waiting for the 100 amp circuit breaker to come in and I'll be up-n-running. I will eventually increase the circuit breaker when the time comes but with just the fridge for now, I figured 100 amp breaker will do. Thank...
That was going to be my last resort, I used to do this for subwoofer set-ups back in the day. I eventually plan on having a solar set up on the Jeep and run the wire to those batteries (which would be closer). Since I’m out of work cause of this pandemic, I don’t know when I’ll be able to do the...
I’ve tried that, my problem is trying to see where my points on the graph line up. Say Im at 12 feet (3.66 meters roughly), where on the graph to I line up with.
I hope this should go here. If not can the mods please move. I pulled the trigger and purchased the Dometic Drawer fridge (like the one @Michael bought) . I have tried to figure out the graph in the manual to wire it up, but I can’t for the life of me understand what gauge wire I should us since...
I have the exact one that you did the video on. I love it! I got it at overland expo east 2019 and the device was free if I bought it during the expo. I actually linked it to my phone and was texting with my wife that was home during the expo. I had very spotty cell (AT&T) signal while at the...
This is what I have, I got the device free at overland expo east because that was their promotion for the expo. It has worked great for me so far, I like that I can use the device alone to text back and forth with people or it can link to my cell phone as well.
