There were definitely some lessons to be learned; for us, there need to be some tweaks to the general admission camping area (too few porta pottys, showers didn't work). But we had a blast and are already talking about going next year. Give 'em a break, many of the staff were volunteers trying...
We have a 23Zero 180 awning on our Prinsu, but they make a 270 as well. With the walls attached, we often actually sleep in the awning instead of pitching an actual tent. Had it since June, but like it so far.

I like my seat back MOLLE panel. I hang a hydration bladder there to have easy access to water while busy driving, and my first aid kit for easy access from the rear seat. And yes, it catches a lot of dog hair - but no more than anything else does in that area of the truck.
