It’s double layered. One layer of high density foam to stop me feeling the rocks and then a layer of memory foam for comfort. It’s really comfortable. It came out way better than I expected.

Here in the U.K. it can be really difficult and very expensive to obtain decent overland gear. Camping stores like Cabelas in the states and Canada just don’t exist over here. The camping stores we do have are a sorry site and the options are slim. So I have started making my own overland gear...

I am looking for the right roof rack for my Nissan Pathfinder R51 and was wondering if anyone has a Front Runner Slimline II Roof Rack on their vehicles? I would really love a photo of one on a pathfinder if any members out there have one. Or any advice on whether they are good or not?

I have really struggled with where to put mine too. My advice is to stick some putty on the back and try it in multiple places before you stick it down. I think I have decided on the doors. Just ordered a second emblem to go the other side. Here are a few of my options that might help you...
