How feasible is this in a completely stock 2019 Cherokee? I've been on a bit of a budget since having to replace my Outback, and have not done any upgrades yet

Ah, I have the 4cyl. only rated for 2000lbs., which is plenty for me since any thing I have ever towed has been below 1500lbs.

I have already purchased the jeep. to answer your question i do plan on owning for the life of the vehicle. So, either until it breaks down beyond repair or is totaled out.

I might have overlooked it,but i didn't see any mention of a flashlight/headlamp. Hopefully you won't ever have to do work in the dark, but you never know. I prefer the headlamp, as it leaves both my hands free for working.

The biggest improvement for me was adding the roof rack to my Outback. It allowed me to get the full sized spare out of the rear cargo area and I had room on it to pack up a couple other boxes or the pop up canopy. This was especially helpful when i took the family on a fishing trip or camping...
