Lockers and re-gearing needs to be done by a specialist. I would recommend OTRAMM in Warrenton VA. He's well known in the Land Cruiser community and can certainly handle lockers and gearing.

You'll be swinging through my neck of the woods. I'm new to OB but I've been adventuring around Appalachia most of my life. I have good maps and coords for several things in the George Washington National Forest when you head through that area.
