I've ordered several of these for different reasons over the last couple of years using my same info. Not sure they stop you at all from doing that, unless things have changed???

I checked yes to the hard copy of their Book Of Names, that's where they received my physical address.

Yup, I got mine back in 2013. I also have one that says Packmule. I figured the packmule will go on my trailer if/when I get one.
