Excellent. Let me firm things up tomorrow and report back. If I make it I'll make a big "taco night" for the potluck. EDIT: just saw pulled pork and carnitas are on the potluck list already, so I can still do taco night and do carne and/or pollo... but I have other options as well. Anyway, let me nail this down and get back to y'all.
