WOW AMAZING
 
Headed over to the Deschutes River yesterday for some late season Steelhead fishing. The canyon is quiet this time of year and the Sheep are coming down to the river to drink. Colder weather would really bring them down, but we're having a fairly warm and wet fall/winter so far. They have plenty of water up high for now. If we get a few days of cold and dry weather the photo opportunities will be much better....

It is beautiful, I drove through that area several times in the fall. My son plays football at Humboldt State. I would always get off 101 and take a diversion on Avenue of the Giants.
