Idaho BDR (and then some!)

We are going to run the Idaho BDR (from Jarbidge NV to the Canadian border at Porthill, ID). They figure 8 days. If that isn't enough... ADDITIONAL OPTION: add another 2 days (majority highway driving south) to Arco, ID, where we will pick-up part of the ID portion of the TAT, and will head west to Emmett, ID (about 3 days). Emmett ID is where the Pacific Ocean Spur (POS) of the TAT starts. From Emmett we will continue west on the POS to the OR coast (Port Orford, OR) - about 6-8 days.

Rally Point Details:

Starting point of the IDBDR is Jarbidge, NV. There's not much in Jarbidge, but there is food, gas, and camping. You will be signing up for the Idaho BDR trip, which is about 1250 miles (finish on/about 4 August). The IDBDR is supposed to be a fairly easy ride compared to other BDR routes.

The ADDITIONAL OPTION is just that - optional. The ADDITIONAL OPTION part of the trip adds an additional 1700 miles to the trip (so it would be about 2950 miles total to do the IDBDR and the ADDITIONAL OPTION) finishing on/about 18 August.
