Rally Point Details:

The plan is to meet at 8am at this parking area (Red Rocks Rd Trailhead Parking) at the beginning of Mount Herman Road. There is plenty of space to park and air down and plan our attack.

Then we will start with Mount Herman Road to get over to the trails we hope to hit or the day. Once we hit Rampart Range Rd, we'll head North and have the options of:

  • Balanced Rock Rd (~1.5 hr out and back)
  • Ice Cave Rd (~1 hour "loop" with an offshoot)

Depending on time and how much we play around in those areas we'll have the options to get back to Hwy 67 from Rampart Range Rd before headed home:

  • Hotel Gulch
  • Rainbow Falls area/Mini Moab

Should be a full day and plans subject to change as we go.
