Who did you grow up with?

My earliest memories of survival techniques came from shows by Ray Mears but, and this will make you laugh, my love of LandCruisers came from watching the 'Fly Doctors' as a kid [emoji23] They had 40's, 60's and 70 series on there regularly.

Richard Petty was a driving/racing hero.

Russell Coight taught me everything i needed to know about being self sufficient in the outback.

I think a bunch of y'all misread the question. Although Bugs Bunny *could* be interpreted as a survival primer. ;)
Aw shucks, Steve, The Rat Patrol was about the most overland fun you could have in a Jeep, especially in northern Africa and with .50 cal Browning!!!
