I am putting my BRX X-Series overland trailer up for sale. It's been running as a rental rig through my overland camper rental business here in North Georgia and is ready for it's next owner.

In 2023 I discovered that the side walls and roof had rotted out, so in 2023 I tore it down and rebuilt it from scratch using marine-grade materials — West System 207-SB epoxy resin on every surface, Petit Flagship Varnish topcoat, custom birch plywood sourced out of North Carolina. The same material system used to build and waterproof high-end wooden boats like Chris-Craft. The interior looks like a boat cabin. Total material spend was $15,366 and I have every receipt.

It's loaded — Dometic Penguin II A/C with heat pump, GENMAX 3500W inverter generator, Freespirit Recreation High Country 80" RTT with a new tent body (March 2025), Yakima OutPost HD roof rack (500 lb rated), dual Optima YellowTop batteries, 120W Zamp solar, Joolca HOTTAP V2 hot water and shower system, Timbren axle-less suspension, Nitto Ridge Grapplers, Max Coupler hitch, Bushwakka freestanding awning, and a full gear package. Full equipment list on the listing page.

One thing I want to be upfront about: The original wall-to-floor connection failed — it was a wood-to-wood screw joint. I fixed it with 1" × 2.5" carbon steel rectangular tube sections along the interior floor, with screws from the outside edge of each wall into the tube. Tight connection, but the fasteners need periodic inspection and re-tightening. Repair is fully visible inside the cabin. This is the main reason it's priced where it is.

I built a full listing page with photos, a complete post-rebuild video walkaround, all specs, gear list, and the full structural disclosure written out in detail:

Nice trailer! More importantly, nice business model! My last 2 years at Fort Benning, we rented RV’s and man did that generate revenue! 6 rv’s in the stable and I was very busy! I pray that you are successful and remain busy! This is a business that promotes our hobby for those that can’t afford it and I commend you! Hope it sells to one of your customers because they see the value in it!!
