Road,
According to Boonie Hicks, my collection dates to The late 1800’s. Great read. I also loved your review on the Montsweag Flea Market.
Thanks man - and you had it just right in your estimate of your Griswold set's age. I'd love to see it, and wish now I'd bought some of the ol' guys skillets. I'll have to see if he's back around this year. They actually open at 5am on certain days for collectors.

old skillets are now getting priced way up. Unless you find an old guy who doesnt know what he has and gives it to you for 5-20 bucks . you might as well just buy one of the newer ones.

I love my stargazer

The collection is in storage at the moment, I’ll be pulling it out once I start exploring again this spring. Since I full time in an RV, space is a premium and I daily a lodge CI skillet.

So much of this changes by the season.

1) warbonnet blackbird hammock with zip in bug net
2) 20* or 40* top quilt
3) 0* or 20* bottom quilt
4) tarp
5) jet boil or Soto amicus burner (depends what I want to eat)
6) Sawyer water filter, attached to smartwater 1L bottle.
7) Salomon X ultra 3 GTX
8) headlamp
9) Osprey talon 22
10) whatever fire starter I feel suits the location the best, and a backup alt method.

I tried to leave out season stuff and most of my stuff is based off light weight back packing (my main hobby)
