The only mention I saw of limitations was with a forum post count < 5.
I'm betting it's because I don't have the member banner yet.
Like I said, I'm still trying to learn the UI here, and understand how things are supposed to work.

I will find out about the member banner that is the problem.

Kent is correct. I have been making them available on the rally point tab of OB. It’s on the 26th. It will be a monthly thing but we will change up days and locations because of schedules, events and just overall excitement of new locations. Keep checking the boards it evolves with each event. I’m learning what people enjoy most.
