All of the posts with containers holding multiple spices to make a blended seasoning mix. I call you out as cheaters to having one spice. lol
Ok seriously,
I would have the following
One spice only has to be “white pepper”

More than one spice
White pepper - spice
Black pepper - spice
OXO”beef cubes - stock
OXO”chicken cubes - stock
Italian mixed herbs (with a non silent H) no salt added -Herb
Hungarian paprika
Fennel seeds
Honey
Brown sugar
Magi - seasoning
Sambal Bajak / Obelisk
Peanut butter
Lime juice or powder - fruit
Garlic powder /past
Onion powder - vegetable
Coriander seed powder - spice (cilantro = Spanish name for Coriander)
Coriander leafs dried - herb
Coriander stem powder - Herb
Parsley powder - Herb
Indian curry powder mix of herbs and spices
Tandoori powder mix of herbs and spices

I would have about 10ml of each

Oh and as much LARD to cook with as possible

I call shenanigans on the cubes. Are they a spice? Bullion cubes make a stock... Lol not that it matters but does that constitute a spice?

Well, as I said one spice would be White pepper

The rest is like everyone else with mixed spices and herbs.

Once spice. Does that also work include herbs?

Spice = Seeds
Herbs = leaves and stems

Stems and seeds I have heard are not welcome with herbs. Seriously though herbs and spices same category for me. It's not that serious anyway, the goal is tasty food.

If it's not Sriracha it's got to be my medley of Cayenne, turmeric, black pepper, garlic and ginger. Put that stuff on everything

Smoked paprika....I discovered it when I needed it for a recipe called for it and I have been putting it on almost everything. We have salt for guests but we rarely use it ourselves. We stopped putting it in our food except for a few things ( like potatoes) and we fine fast food way too salty.

I have many different spices in my food prep kit so many I can't even sit here and think of all of them because it all depends on what being made and how much time we have to make something like fall cooking of Hot Soups and no not that crap er stuff that comes in a bag you just add hot water I hate that stuff.... or any so called meals that come in a bag like that... a good one that works for Steaks is this Spade L stuff ya gotta like black pepper if you use this....
