Welding on a late model vehicle

Disconnect the battery and you should be good to go. At least, that's what I've done when welding on my '08 wrangler.

Good question, I wouldn't have thought to ask about. I have plans for some welding too and now I know what not to do as well as what to do..:coldsweat:
