Weekend trip Ocala florida

Hello,
I’m planning an overnight (or two nights) trip through Ocala National Forest. Is there any must see first timer places that I should look into? I have a Tacoma with a RTT and plan on driving from Jacksonville.
Any info would be helpful. New to the scene and would like to make the most of this weekend. Feb, 9-10, 2018.

FR 74 crosses State Road 19 in the north east section of Ocala national forest. The west side of the road is something you can take any vehicle on. The east gets really muddy with very little rain. I would not recommend going down that road without it either being dry for a few days beforehand or have some lift and a winch available.

Sounds like you alreay went on the trip, but just an FYI to anyone else that is going to Ocala soon. Juniper Prairie was just closed due to heavy bear activity. I think they said they are closing the roads so you shouldn't accidently wind up there. The closure is in effect until March 8th.
