There's not much to argue about. All we can do as sane rational outdoor enthusiasts is control our own behavior and pick up extra trash when we can (I think most ppl on here already do that). As a group we aren't large enough to impact new government rules or closures, and we definitely can't force new campers to learn basic camping etiquette. :shrugs: it is heartbreaking to see less areas available to explore, but the good news is our country is huge.

I wonder if there are any opportunities to contacting land owners who might be willing to allow some exploring on or through their land to smaller clubs that are responsible. Could be an extra revenue source for them and a way for us to have alternative places to go near the closures.
