Utah via Monument Valley

Off-Road Ranger I

We are planning a trip to the Big 5 in Utah. Our intent is to go from Coachella Valley past the Grand Canyon and start in Monument Valley, Head north to Moab - there we want to check out Shafer Trail and Gemini bridges. After that head over to Capital Reef and Bryce before heading North again up Idaho, WA and on to British Columbia, back down through central WA and OR and over to the Red Woods in California.

Not having been to Utah before, are there any other trails that would be good to see with our stock full size 4x4? Any other tips or recomendations?

Did this trip happen? Would like to hear about the high/low-lights of the Utah portion. Looking at exploring there this year.
