That's a personal choice, and a lot of driving. We like hiking so for us when we were in Northern Norway we took the time to visit the 3 country boarder for Russia/Finland/Norway and to be honest I'd recommend that hike.

Up at Nordkapp, another nice hike is to Knivsjellodden which is located 1.5 km further north than the tourist spot "Nordkapp". Another day adventure that I highly recommend.
