At the workshop finishing up the repairs on the Trooper .. and today is Tsiknopemti, a religious festival where they grill meat.

Gotta love a workshop that has a bbq in the back !

Can't beat roasting meat!!! Some of my fondest memories of roasting meat, on spits, over an open fire/grill come from a tiny Cafe called 'La Rose' on the outskirts of Cairo. Outdoor spit roasters almost as far as the eyes can see!!! Have fun on this Feast Day!
