hmm hard to tell from the pic. could be yakima, thule, or even some generic aluminum ones. do you have any markings on them or know what year jeep it is? that usually narrows it down. my old JK had some cheap amazon ones that looked similar lol

Could be about anything. Check withe the cap manufacturer, may have been an option.
Otherwise, I would pull the installed accessory and measure the t-nut. You could order a bunch of them with stainless hardware and mount whatever you like.
