I am putting My 85' CJ7 up for sale. I have just dropped in a new 285 straight six, waiting on a new distributor that will be here in mid-August. It's a single owner, the interior is stock and fair, paint needs attention. New brakes all around, the clutch and pressure plate, gas tank and sending unit, and a ton of other parts. It is a hardtop, Laredo so it has the stock AC (but needs to be charged) Asking $8K It will start but will not run, waiting on a new distributor.

Love this! The CJ7 were and still are my favorite of the CJs. GLWS it sounds like a very fair price and if I had room for another rig I’d be all over this one.
