Texas Dilemma

ok guys and gals, here is the dilemma... Next late February we're headed for a nice long southwest tour.. On the way out, or back we'll be visiting our daughter in Houston.. She is a PHD student and as such, living below established poverty lines.... And living in a not so good neighborhood.. I don't dare park our rig there overnight, let alone finding a spot to park our 80 series with trailer... She is more than willing to shuttle us from a secure overnight parking spot to her apartment for our 1 night stay... I'm hoping for someone to say,, hey, no problemo, you can park it at my place for one night,   Honestly, this will be our first trip into a city on an overnighter where I'm a bit concerned about security.. Any help or advice would be deeply appreciated.. Thanks all

How about checking the overland bound member map in TX to see if there is someone there? It would be cool if that worked!

I live about 30 minutes south Houston in a town called Alvin. I have 10 acres with a gated entry. You are more than welcome to park your rig here. PM me if I can help out.
