Thought I would try , here it is.

Using the hole pattern template is good but needs to be brought forward about an inch to just cover antenna hole and get closer to the air box hole in fender. The upper bracket doesn't work but I make a template of one that will and just need to laser cut one from stainless steel..I'll update when installed

Ive wanted to do this to my 02 tundra. Looks good dos this eliminate the stock air box?

No air box remains, the 3.25" tube leaving the air box enters the fender well..the snorkel is to attach to this however the rubber snorkel boot (shown in one of the pics) is 3.75" id so I needed to make a tube to fit this otherwise good fit..

Yes door opens fine, had to make a new upper bracket

I know it has been a few years since the install, how is it working out? I am looking into one for my 02 Sequoia but the style you used has been discontinued by the looks of it, I am looking at the Ironman 4x4 version which is a bit different...
