Slick Rock Trail and Coral Hollow - 9/15 - 9/17 - 09/15/2017

Hey guys!

Planning a trip next weekend up to two destinations I've wanted to hit for a while: Slick Rock Trail (the easy first part to the camping spot by the creek) and Coral Hollow. I am loosely following these as a guide:

Looking forward to this, guys! Couple of things:

1) Looks like it's going to be pretty chilly up there. High of 64 and lows in the 30s. Make sure you have warm sleeping gear and warm clothes.

2) Make sure you all have a fire permit if you intend to make a fire. You can get them for free here: http://www.preventwildfireca.org/Campfire-Permit/

I'm really hoping the 580 East traffic isn't too bad Friday early afternoon!

I'll be curious to here how your trip goes on Slick Rock as I have read that it is pretty rough this year because of the winter. Be safe and have a great trip.

will let you know! We are only doing a very small portion of Slick Rock to get to the camping spot by the creek. None of the stairs or any of that stuff.

I will be interested to walk down and see people tackle that stuff though.
