Not a dumb question, so I got flat head bolts that matched the holes on the track, they aren’t too big of a hole. Then the nuts and a big washer are under the bed. Rivnuts would mean you don’t have to have a nut and washer, but if you go the rivnut route make sure it has big flanges when it collapses so it grips securely

Can you tell me where you found these? Everywhere I look, they look at me like I have two heads, when I show them this pic.
Amazon will have them, McMaster, T Nutz or 8020.net. They aren’t something most box stores have

@PapaDave do you have a link for where you purchased the c channel for your fridge slide? When I search for it, it doesn't have that groove/lip for the t-nut to slide into.
