Well I had to make a new thread! Im an avid cooker but i was surprised to find a new method of cooking eggs in metal pans ( Stainless or others) without any sticking! it WORKS but a slight learning curve... mine worked first time ... anyway, I usually have cast iron but its so heavy and can rust, I'm always leaning towards NSF stainless like my all -clads and viking pans... well I was thumbing through youtube and found this video and decided I had to post it here for all of us who like to use stainless! ENJOY!

That I don't know! it lasted 2 times during same sitting but haven't tried it after a day.. its probably something you do right before you cookem... i was curious why she had to get rid of onions however... they are good in omelets lol i tasted mine and they tasted ok... I didnt take them to crispy for the most part but til the water was cooked out so there was some green ( light greed) still

I think it will last for a few washes.
