For the door seal, I would use exactly what you use for regular vehicle maintenance. Everyone has their own experiences and views here. Some use Ballistol, others special rubber care from car accessories, others silicone spray. You just have to try it out and see what you like. Please keep in mind that some rubber can also swell up due to various detergents and cleaning agents, e.g. silicone spray.
