It’s steel. I wanted the bit of extra weight because we tend to get some icy spells around here.

About $250 in Mats. That’s a good question. I’m not sure, but I’m sure the base could be modified for one.

Is there much room between it and the cab? Cabs and truck beds tend to move slightly independent of each other, especially when offroading. I would hate for it to scratch or dent the cab.

Nope. Plenty of clearance. I’d say the closest it gets to any per of the cab is 5”

It does! Also great for sleeping on!
