Hey max,I went ahead and drilled though the roof and used a rubber grommet with black silicone.I'll get a picture of how it turned out and post it here in just a bit.

Did a couple upgrades of the last few days.Added a rear accessory plug with dual USB ports and a rear Jcr offroad antenna mount.I haven't decided yet if I'm gonna go CB,GMRS, or HAM. They all have advantages and disadvantages. Decisions decisions [emoji23]

Cb, I have a cobra 29, a Texas star 350 linear with a 102 whip. That mount has taken the abuse of that whip for months. I used a Wilson antenna base.

I ran a hot and used what's called a Add-a-fuse to the fuse box and grounded it in the rear
